Dr. Chart Web is an electronic system designed to facilitate transactions between clinical laboratories and other healthcare providers, as well as physicians and other ancillary services.

The system, which uses proven Microsoft™ technologies such as IE Explorer, IIS, and SQL server, is configurable to a significant degree. It accepts client orders through a Web browser and Clinical Data Exchange (CDX), by dial-in connection, and/or via direct network access, translating and delivering them  into customized message formats to one or more Laboratory Information Systems (e.g. LIS). It captures outgoing LIS results, as well as other patient information from Hispotils Information system (HIS), and places them in long-term storage called Clinical Data Repository (CDR), and makes them available on demand to the ordering clients and other authorized individuals. To document and manage this electronic process, Dr. Chart Web^TM can also create printed order requisitions, specimen labels, and results reports as well as additional system reports.

            The policy RePlatform project is the result of a corporate directive to move NCCI’s data storage system from the Lacey Mainframe to UNIX Operating system platform using Oracle database. That project was to RePlatform policy, Business Entry Information (BEI) and Policy Issue Capture System (PICS) carrier master database and selected functionality to the integrated Oracle database. That application also supported NCCI data vision to provide to access to internal personal, security access control and inquiry to the Business user in order to improve customer service of the product .New Graphical User Interface (GUI) has added to support to this three project. I was responsible for GUI and Editor and PICS.GUI interface has supported also the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions (IAIABC). Application was developed using Visual Basic 5.0 (Front End) supported by Oracle Database 7.3 (Back End) and running on Windows 95/98/NT and UNIX. Also Software used C/C++, ESQL for C and COBOL Language. Hardware used 2.5 GB (RAM), 1.75 TB Disk Space, 16 processors and ES 10000, Tools used UNIX VI-Editor, SQA, MS Windows/Access/Project.

The software was developed to provide information (such as customer history, company history, balance information, linking account, account policy) about different branches of the same Bank .The application is divided into four distinct modules such as reference information, query, portfolio and setting up.  Responsible for conducting standard test on Query module and Portfolio module of the application. Checked the validation procedure of the application to ensure that data entered manually or imported is validated, i. e. every data must be checked against the Datamax database. Functionality of each feature such as Import, Export, Insert, Update Delete, and Validate of the different windows of the module were also tested extensively. Software was designed to comply with Y2K. Performed intensive testing on application for Year 2000 compliance.
